Muscle, Bone, and Brain Conditioning

*IN PERSON ONLY AT MAIN LOCATION IN CENTRAL FLORIDA*

For those of you who are BIG on self-improvement (like me), you're in for a treat. This course will be going on from March 3, 2024, to September 1, 2024.

We will be conditioning the muscles by doing heavy workouts, we will condition the bones by practicing martial arts like boxing and kenpo, and lastly, we will condition the brain by doing the things we don't want to do but doing it anyway, every single day.

The max participants are 50 people, so I am looking forward to showing you what 6 months of hard work can do to you.

Calisthenics Training

Calisthenics Training

If you want to find the most versatile form of fitness, look no further. I will teach you the basics like push-ups, pull-ups, and sit-ups to the more challenging exercises like dips, L-sit, leg lifts, and even a headstand. You can go from 10 push-ups to 300 push-ups a day. It just take consistency in order to build yourself day in day out.

Meal Prep and Diet

Meal Prep and Diet

This training can ONLY be booked online. I can and will teach you how to eat right, the right foods for the right nutrition, and how you can enjoy your favorite foods even on a diet. If your fat, go into a calorie deficit (when you burn more calories than you eat). If your skinny, start eating foods like peanut butter, 2 tablespoons are around 200 calories. Eating right is one of keys to getting a great physique.

I have had over 5 years of experience in martial arts training and I will help you achieve your goals to becoming a martial artist. I have trained Karate in Georgia, Shotokan Karate-do in Florida, and Kenpo in California. I will teach you boxing, karate, and kenpo.

Running The Distance

Running the Distance

I will show you that running is more than just "cardio". It is a powerful technique that's used upon us to teach ourselves to get out the comfort zone and become better. 

First, you will build up to 1 mile.

Then, you will continue to run to get out of the comfort zone.

Finally, you will attempt a 5k.

MISSION: Get better with running and to like getting uncomfortable.
